If you're not satisfied with your Clera purchase, you may return unopened, unused products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method.

3. Opened Products

Because our products are cosmetic and applied to skin, opened or used items are eligible for a one-time replacement only if the product arrived damaged or defective. Photos of the damaged item may be requested.

4. How to Request a Refund

• We'll send a prepaid return label within 2 business days.
• Once the returned item is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

5. Shipping Costs

Original shipping fees are non-refundable except in cases where the product arrived damaged, defective, or was shipped in error by us.

6. Sale Items

Items purchased during a promotional or clearance sale are final sale and not eligible for return, unless defective.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, orders enter fulfillment and cannot be cancelled, though our standard return policy still applies once delivered.
